Apple Pie Quinoa

INGREDIENTS:

 1 cup quinoa
 3 cups water
 4-5 apples, chopped
 1 ½ tbsp cinnamon
 honey or maple syrup to taste
 1 cup chopped walnuts

EQUIPMENT:

 Sauce Pan

DIRECTIONS:

Combine quinoa, water and apples to a sauce pan. Bring to a boil, cover and reduce to simmer for 20 - 25 minutes.

Stir in cinnamon and mix well.

Drizzle with honey and sprinkle walnuts on top. Enjoy!
