Garlic and Herb Quinoa Salad

INGREDIENTS:

 1 cup quinoa
 2 cups water
 2 tsp olive oil
 ½ tsp salt
 ½ tsp garlic powder
 ½ tsp onion powder
 1 tsp italian seasoning

EQUIPMENT:

 Sauce Pan

DIRECTIONS:

Cook the quinoa

In a medium pot add all of the ingredients and bring to a boil.

Cover and reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until quinoa is tender, about 10 minutes.

Remove from heat and leave covered for 5 minutes.

Fluff it up with a fork and enjoy!
