Quinoa Grilled Cheese

If you have leftovers of our super cheesy quinoa bake, turn this into a sandwich. In my photo, I used gluten-free bread!

INGREDIENTS:

 2 slices of bread
 1 tbsp butter

EQUIPMENT:

 Frying Pan
 Skillet

DIRECTIONS:

Spread butter over one side of each bread slice. Spread leftover cheesy quinoa bake over both slices of bread.

Place in a frying pan, covered, to heat up the quinoa. Toast in the frying pan on medium-low heat for 3 minutes, or until quinoa is melted.
